mix+match challenge

MINI BIRTHDAY CARD FOR MY STASH AT WORK:  these little scraps have been sitting on my table for weeks . . . and now the perfect opportunity to turn them into a cute little birthday card . . .
I'm a girl who LOVES color and pattern, so I'm feelin' happy-go-lucky with this challenge  :)
